Parking
Monthly parkers have 24-hour parking availability through the use of the garage access stickers. The parking garage hours for visitors are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
PARKING GARAGE OPERATIONS:
Bank of America Tower parking garage is located adjacent to the building. It is a seven-level facility with approximately 650 spaces. Monthly parking is available to tenants of the building via access sticker based on an allowance as outlined in each Lease. Non-reserved parking is available on a space-available basis on Levels 4 through 8. Reserved parking is available on a limited basis on Level 3. Reserved spaces are also designated by requested labeling to insure clear identification. The parking entrance, located on Forsyth Street, is electronically controlled by access box and intercom. A garage attendant is located in the booth on Level 2 of the garage to assist any visitor traffic from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Parking stickers are issued to monthly parkers to allow twenty-four hour access to the garage and Bank of America Tower. The stickers are adhered to the lower driver's side windshield of the authorized vehicle to allow the ceiling-mounted readers clear transmission. Please wait for the system to verify the sticker and operate the gate. The gate will close after the car has cleared the gate area. All malfunctions and billing inquiries should be directed to the Property Management Office. All monthly parkers must have a valid sticker to avoid being charged for parking at the visitor parking rate.
Tenant visitors will be required to take a time-stamped ticket and pay the cashier when leaving the parking garage. Visitor parking costs $3.00 for any part of each hour. You may request and receive validation stamps that will allow your company to pay for visitor parking. Please contact the property management office to order validation stamps.
Speed Limit. The speed limit in the garage is 5 mph. Please be courteous and cautious as you drive in the parking garage.
